Introduction Economic activity is affected by evoke and active groups through two mechanisms. 1 is through ordinary policy-making relation, in which groups attempt to in uence public of?ceholders to the bene?t of the groups themselves or those whom they support. The other(a) is through reclusive politics, in which interest and militant groups attempt to in uence economic activity directly without trustfulness on public institutions or of?ceholders.
